Today, Schwab OpenView Gateway offers integration between Schwab systems and a range of industry leading providers. Schwab Intelligent Technologies has broadened this integration to include multi-custodial views for those advisors who use PortfolioCenter Hosted. Additionally, advisors will soon have the capability within their CRM to initiate move money transactions on Schwab Advisor Center as well as apply changes to the portfolio management data from their CRM.

In addition to the new participants in Schwab OpenView Gateway, portfolio management integration continues with the pilot of Advent’s Black Diamond, extending availability of Schwab's custodial data to include intraday information and operational alerts.New web trading platform to launch in Q3 Beginning in July, Schwab will begin rolling out a new web trading platform that is deeply integrated with Schwab Advisor Center. The new platform will feature a revamped order entry experience with a new, high-level modular dashboard giving advisors quick and easy access to contextual information (such as research and the impact of trades on balances) at key steps in the trading process. “Our client base, comprised of nearly 7,000 advisory firms, is incredibly diverse with varying trading and workflow needs,” said Hathi. “We built a more flexible, intuitive web trading experience within Schwab Advisor Center that will provide an enhanced, integrated trading experience for all types of firms.”
