Dr. Penenberg is a Biostatistician and Global Regulatory Affairs Professional with more than 26 years of experience in clinical trial analyses and regulatory submission auditing in the Pharmaceuticals industry. After establishing DNP Consultants in 2012, he focused his practice on clinical trials for pain, epilepsy, post-operative gastro intestinal surgery, advanced medical illness, HIV and AIDS, oncology, cardiovascular disease, as well as psychiatric and orthopedic clinical trials. As President of DNP, Dr. Penenberg oversees all daily operations of the consultancy, including managing the activities of the firm's Biostatistician, finance management, marketing, and meeting with clients.
Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Penenberg has worked on phase one through four clinical trials leading to Regulatory approvals. He has expertise in experimental design, power calculations, survival analyses, categorical data analyses, de-identification of data sources, big data sampling problems and Quality of Life analyses. In addition, he has worked on the preparation of clinical study reports for Regulatory submissions, meeting abstract and journal publications as well as performing exploratory analyses for promotional response marketing modeling used for materials for sales representatives.
