The Romulus expansion is part of the company’s focus on strengthening its North American infrastructure as it continues to grow globally. Since 2008, FedEx Trade Networks has opened a total of 58 new freight forwarding offices while enhancing several of its more than 80 existing locations in the U.S. and Canada. The company’s aggressive global expansion has increased its presence throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and North America. In addition to opening the new Romulus distribution facility, the company recently relocated its Highgate Springs, Vt.; Houston, Texas; Phoenix, Ariz. and New York (JFK), N.Y. offices to larger, strategically located facilities.About FedEx Trade Networks
