GE Capital Fleet Services’ U.S. maintenance control center, located in Eden Prairie, Minn., was recognized as a Top 50 Call Center by BenchmarkPortal, a leading contact center research and consulting organization. This award marks the third time in three years that GE Capital Fleet Services has received a prestigious recognition from BenchmarkPortal.
GE Capital received the designation as part of BenchmarkPortal’s 2013 Top 100 Call Center award program, which compares the performance of contact centers throughout North America by evaluating their key metrics against industry peers. Entries are validated by certified call center experts and submissions are scored on the basis of both quality and cost efficiency. GE won the award in the Small-Sized Center category.
