by WorkplaceDynamics, the fastest-growing employee survey company in
the United States
The Top 100 list features a mix of the best large, mid-sized and small companies. Goodyear was ranked on the Top 25 list of large companies.
The achievement is based on results from a survey completed by 500 of Goodyear's
-area associates in late 2012, before their move to the company's new global headquarters building.

The questions posed to associates have been "tried and tested among millions of survey-takers since 2006," according to WorkplaceDynamics. The survey results are benchmarked against more than 5,000 participating organizations with nearly 2 million employees who take the survey each year.
