to Senior Vice President of Marketing. Ms. Schuster joins the global cruise line with a proven track record and extensive background in building global brands, as well as new market entry, and will oversee all aspects of marketing for Royal Caribbean including brand strategy and positioning; consumer and trade advertising; digital and social media; and one-to-one and loyalty marketing.

Ms. Schuster graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in German language and literature at the
