April 28, 2013. The technical report was prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and Form 43-101F1 by
Garth Kirkham, P.Geo., of Kirkham Geosystems Ltd., an independent Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101.
