China's leading online game developers and operators, announced today that Vogel Holding Group Limited ("Selling Shareholder"), an affiliate of Mr.
Yuzhu Shi, the chairman of Giant, has agreed to sell 11,000,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs") at a price of
$7.25 per ADS pursuant to a previously announced underwritten public offering. The selling shareholder has granted to underwriters in the offering, a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 of ADSs. Giant will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of ADSs in this offering.
