Senior Vice President for the company's Texas Region, where he will lead business operations and be responsible for Allstate's profitable growth in the state.
Being appointed to this top spot in

as an Allstate agent. After eight years as an agent directly serving
customers, he became a manager and devoted the next 10 years to various sales leadership roles in the Texas Region.
In 2007, Mr. Sedillo left
for assignments in
. Most recently, he was vice president in the company's
headquarters in the sales department. In this position, he developed and led strategies designed to enhance sales education programs for agency owners and the managers who work with them.
