, the process of changing the company's name to SunEdison, Inc., from MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc., has been completed. On
June 3, 2013
, the company's stock symbol on the New York Stock Exchange will change from "WFR" to "SUNE" to reflect the new corporate name.
