Magnum Hunter is an independent oil and gas company. On April 16, 2013, Magnum Hunter disclosed that it had dismissed its auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC"), following it being advised of material weaknesses in the Company's internal accounting controls.
