subsidiary, which has been operating in the state for almost 10 years, has closed on the purchase of its first homebuilding project in the
market. The newly purchased project, The Oaks at
, is scheduled for grand opening in the fourth quarter of 2013 and will feature a combined 60 sites with two-story homes ranging from approximately 4,100 to 6,750 square feet.
