market with plans to build a new active adult community, Sandhill Preserve in the prestigious
DiVosta recently purchased 111 lots in
, located at the intersection of Central Sarasota Parkway and Honore Avenue. The purchase represents the first phase of a potential 350 lots on 125 acres from Palmer Ranch Holdings, LTD. The builder expects to open the new DiVosta community in early 2014.

The community is expected to begin land development efforts by the summer with the start of sales to begin in early 2014.
