/PRNewswire/ -- Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. [NYSE:SPR], one of the world's largest non-OEM designers and manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial aircraft, recognized seven companies as 2012 Platinum Suppliers for their dedication to cost-reduction initiatives, quality and delivery performance and ultimately setting a performance excellence standard for customer satisfaction. Spirit's mission to provide customers with high-quality, cost-competitive products and services could not be accomplished without the support of a competent, innovative and reliable supply base.
