May 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISIS) announced today that it intends to offer for sale 9 million shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. In connection with this offering, Isis intends to grant the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 1.35 million shares of its common stock. All shares in the offering are being offered by Isis.
