After downloading the app and inserting their own identifying information, sales representatives, sales managers and account managers will have access to the CRM records for all their accounts. Representatives can easily retrieve and update prospect and company information from anywhere.
The data can be updated through the app while employees are in the field, enabling faster processing of orders and easy ability to research past sales and customer preferences or comments.
The app also uses location services to identify sales prospects in the immediate vicinity. Representatives will immediately know points of interest within a specified radius, making them more aware of opportunities, prospects and customers in their vicinity.
