LAS VEGAS, April 30, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SMTP, Inc. (OTCBB:SMTP), a leading provider of cloud-based services to facilitate email deliverability, announces a quarterly cash dividend of $0.018 payable on May 30, 2013 to shareholders of record on May 20, 2013.
"During the first quarter of 2013, we completed an acquisition of an innovative email testing and analytics business which we paid for with cash.
