BOSTON, April 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund II (NYSE: EOS) and Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETJ) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Lynn A. Stout, Harriett Tee Taggart and Ralph F. Verni as Class III Trustees of each Fund, each for a three-year term. Each Fund's Class I and Class II Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
