This is the eighth consecutive year J.D. Power and Associates has conducted a customer satisfaction study of the retail banking industry, and the second year Banner was eligible for ranking and awards in the study. Customer satisfaction within the retail banking experience is measured in six factors: account activities; account information; facilities; fees; problem resolution; and product offerings.
