Charles "Chip" A. Barber of
Geneva was named senior vice president-commercial lending at Old Second Bank, based in the
Batavia branch at 1991 W. Wilson St. He will be responsible for the development of new business for commercial loan and deposit products to serve business owners of the Tri-Cities.
Prior to joining Old Second, Barber served as vice-president-commercial services with Providence Bank in

was named senior vice president at Old Second Bank, based in the
branch at 801 S. Kirk Rd. he will generate new commercial loans for the bank with an emphasis on businesses in
Ferrigan has over 25 years of experience in lending, previously serving as senior vice president of business banking at Citizens Financial Bank, senior vice president of business banking at MidAmerica Bank, and regional vice president-west region business banking at Old Kent Bank.
