Coalition Statement On FERC Action Today On Order 1000 Compliance Filings
WASHINGTON, April 18, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Coalition for Fair Transmission Policy today issued the following statement on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's decisions on Order 1000 compliance filings:
"While we have not fully reviewed the orders, FERC's rejection of the South Carolina Electric and Gas Co. and NorthWestern Corp. cost allocation proposals represents a further break with precedent and raises concerns about the commission's implementation of Order 1000."
