GovDelivery, the leading provider of public sector digital communications solutions, announced today that its CEO and co-Founder, Scott Burns, will be speaking at PostalVision 2020/3.0, a conference addressing the theme of "Positioning America for the New Millennium." The event will be held April 23 and 24 at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C.
PostalVision 2020, the creation of Ursa Major Associates, will bring together leading digital, regulatory and postal experts to explore possible technology solutions to meet the rapidly changing needs of future generations for mail delivery systems in the United States. Featured speakers at the event include Randy S. Miskanic, USPS VP of Secure Digital Solutions, Senator Tom Carper (D-DE), Vint Cerf and Hon. David M. Walker.
The conference will also bring in a broad range of speakers to join Mr. Burns in addressing the conference theme and encouraging a robust conversation on the priorities and responsibilities of both postal institutions and the government as the country moves into the digital future, including Drew Bartkiewicz, Co-founder and CEO of lettrs; and Sascha Meinrath, Vice President of the New America Foundation and Director of the Open Technology Institute.
