April 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Reynolds and Reynolds today announced the company received the Diamond Award in the Dealer Management System (DMS) category in the 2013 Dealers' Choice Awards from
Auto Dealer Monthly. The Diamond Award is the highest honor given in each category of the Dealers' Choice Awards.
"Over the past six years, we've increased and focused our research and development investment toward our DMS platforms," said
Jon Strawsburg, vice president of Product Planning for Reynolds. "That investment now is delivering new solutions to help dealers improve the consumer's experience with the dealership and new solutions to help improve productivity in all areas of dealership operations. We're pleased to receive this award as one more testament that dealers using a Reynolds DMS are experiencing the benefits of our investment."
In addition to receiving the Diamond Award in the Dealer Management System category this year, Reynolds also received the Platinum Award in the F&I Desking Software category. Plus, Reynolds has received a Dealers' Choice Award every year since the awards' inception in 2005.
The Dealers' Choice Awards recognize the most highly-regarded vendors, suppliers, and finance companies in the retail automotive industry, as voted on by dealers and dealership personnel.
This year, a total of 66 awards were presented to 54 companies in 27 distinctive categories of products and services. Dealership personnel rated providers in each category in four areas: 1) the product or service provided, 2) customer support and service, 3) the overall value for dollars spent, and 4) whether the dealer would recommend the provider.
