T.J. Maxx. MPI's recent improvements include a new glass atrium that provides direct pedestrian access to all three floors of the well-known retail center. The atrium features glass elevators and dramatic lighting that compliment and modernize the look of the longstanding building. Interior improvements include new escalators, public lobbies, and interior finishes while attractive new signage boards and sleek Trespa wall panels bring a fresh aesthetic to the exterior. Buy Buy Baby, a new flagship anchor tenant, occupying the entire third floor opened in
