The motivation for these new webinars stemmed from the overwhelming success of their Lunch and Learn Series on billing and insurance filing conducted last month by DocuTrac's Billing Advisor and Trainer Heather Painter.
Painter, who organized the webinar series, says that, "In this economy of cost conscious consumers, DocuTrac's customers will benefit from the low cost training that webinars offer. Most sessions are free with the exception of a few that require a nominal fee." The webinars, held by DocuTrac moderators, will include training on specific program functionality; product overviews for new and potential customers; and bi-monthly question and answer sessions on behavioral health billing and insurance practices.
