In this role, Greenblatt will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance and mitigation of risks to the company and its customers and providing legal support for ongoing business operations. He will also lead TASC's ethics and compliance and trade-compliance activities.

Greenblatt joined TASC in 2010 as deputy general counsel. Previously, he served as assistant general counsel at General Dynamics for five years. Prior to General Dynamics, Greenblatt held in-house counsel positions with Veridian Corporation, Accenture, Qwest and MCI. He also worked in private practice at the firm of Steptoe & Johnson in Washington, D.C. A member of the D.C.
