Microsemi Corporation (Nasdaq: MSCC), a leading provider of semiconductor solutions differentiated by power, security, reliability and performance, today announced the exclusive licensing of its detector log video amplifier (DLVA) technology to Microphase Corporation and exited the market in conjunction with its ongoing facility consolidation plan. Microphase is a provider of microwave and RF solutions for advanced military communications and electronic warfare systems applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
