Go-To-Exchange(SM)platform to streamline participation in the Covered California Exchange.
Go-To-Exchange enables Blue Shield to provide high-quality insurance services to Californians who are purchasing Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) on the state insurance exchange.

ExchangeLink(SM), which facilitates the technical connections necessary to link carriers to exchanges
ServiceLink(SM), which provides in-force administration, member billing, tax credit/subsidy collection, premium reconciliation and customer service
ExchangeLink platform will be used to connect Blue Shield customers to Covered California, the state-sponsored public health exchange. Blue Shield will also leverage
ServiceLink to ensure administrative functions are streamlined and high-quality customer service is provided to its members.
