Roger W. Baker
to the newly created position of Chief Strategy Officer. Baker previously served as Assistant Secretary for Information and Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) from 2009 to 2013, and as CIO for the U.S. Department of Commerce from 1998 to 2001.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Baker will work closely with agencies to implement strategies and technologies to modernize IT operations, lower sustainment costs, enhance performance and improve mission results. He will also lead strategic initiatives to leverage and scale Agilex' proven capabilities to address the needs of additional clients and larger programs. These efforts will include working with industry partners to develop joint solutions and integrated, best-of-breed delivery teams.
He is also responsible for extending Agilex' reputation across federal agencies as a preeminent government solutions provider, widely recognized for superior customer value, operational excellence, integrity and industry-leading solutions. In addition, he will play a key role in the execution of Agilex' corporate strategy, as it seeks to become a billion-dollar company over the next decade.
