NMSDC To Host Annual Conference In San Antonio In October
NEW YORK, April 2, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc.® (NMSDC®) will host its annual Conference and Business Opportunity Fair October 27-30 in San Antonio, Texas. This leading forum on minority supplier development will take place at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council, one of NMSDC's 36 affiliate regional councils, is the co-host for the four-day event.

The event kicks off on Sunday, October 27, with a Welcome Reception. The schedule for Tuesday and Wednesday is highlighted by a slate of 10 daily workshops for corporate procurement professionals, Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American business owners and members of the NMSDC network leadership team. The event concludes with an awards banquet on Wednesday evening, where winners will be announced for Corporation of the Year, Regional Council of the Year, Minority Supplier Development Leader of the Year and Suppliers of the Year.
