Guggenheim Securities Names Michael Henkin Senior Managing Director And Co-Head Of Restructuring
NEW YORK, April 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Guggenheim Securities today announced the appointment of Michael Henkin as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Restructuring. Mr. Henkin, who will be based in San Francisco, joins New York based- Ronen A. Bojmel, current Head of Restructuring, to lead the continued expansion of the firm's restructuring advisory team.

Mr. Henkin joins Guggenheim Securities after spending fourteen years at Jefferies & Company, Inc., where he most recently served as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Recapitalization and Restructuring Group. Throughout his career, he has advised on over $100 billion in transactions encompassing restructurings, recapitalizations, financings and mergers and acquisitions.
