April 2, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Canadian Solar, Inc., (the "Company," or "Canadian Solar") (NASDAQ: CSIQ), one of the world's largest solar power companies, today announced that the United States District Court for the Southern District of
New York dismissed with prejudice a class action lawsuit filed against the Company and certain named defendants.
