A line of Bugaboo baby strollers with defective carry handles and cribs with malfunctioning drop sides are among this week's list of recalled products. Others include helmets, high chairs, and subwoofers.
BUGABOO CAMELEON3 STROLLERS
DETAILS: The strollers were made by Bugaboo International B.V. of Amsterdam. The stroller has an aluminum and plastic frame with rubberized wheels, a removable seat and bassinet, a removable "U''-shaped carry handle, an under-the-seat storage bag and a sun canopy. Strollers included have serial numbers from 19010 11153 00001 to 19010 51248 00215. They were sold from Sept. 2012 to March 2013.
WHY: The stroller's carrying handle can break and detach, thus posing a fall hazard. The removable carry handle is used to transport the bassinet or seat separately from the chassis.
INCIDENTS: 16 reports of carry handles breaking. No injuries have been reported.
HOW MANY: About 9,200 in the U.S. and 960 in Canada.

DETAILS: Basic Beat BB201 standard egg shaker toy instruments made by Bongo Logic Development Ltd. The toy instruments are about the size of small eggs and have a "Basic Beat" label printed on the front of the product. The toy instruments have Lot Number 0E0212 located on the bottom of the roundest part of the egg. They were sold from July 2012 through Oct. 2012.
WHY: The outer "end cap" that is glued onto the top, smallest part of the egg can come off, posing a small part choking or aspiration hazard.
INCIDENTS: Three reports of ends popping off, with no injuries reported.
HOW MANY: About 6,500.
