PETERSBURG, Fla., March 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- A brand new season and Centerplate, the largest event hospitality partner to North America's premier sports stadiums, convention centers and entertainment venues, is announcing a new menu lineup for the Tampa Bay Rays' 2013 Season at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Centerplate is introducing a new program called Chef Naturals. This new program features seven tasty dishes, some sports classics, and some soon-to-be favorites, all featuring naturally sourced ingredients including: wild white shrimp served with a spicy cocktail sauce and lemon and lime wedges, all natural frankfurters with caraway seed Riesling sauerkraut, tomato fondue, and natural potato rolls and Flourless Chocolate Cake with chipotle-spiked natural Mexican cocoa ganache and fresh strawberries, among others.
Carved Turkey- Freshly carved made-to-order sandwiches
Frybread- fried dough topped with fresh fruit
Italian Hotdog- fan's choice of a hot dog or sausage served on pizza bread and topped with peppers, onions and deep fried potatoes
Rays Souvenir Helmet Nachos- Nacho chips smothered with cheese, guacamole, shredded chicken, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, salsa, refried beans, black olives, and jalapenos all served in a souvenir baseball helmet
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich- Breaded chicken breast deep-fried and tossed in buffalo wing sauce. Served on a bun with lettuce and bleu cheese dressing
