will now fill the role of Executive Vice President, Business Development.
The position of CMO will encompass several existing teams within the Acquisio organization. Smith will ensure tighter integration between marketing and product development. Smith has had a successful career in marketing and is well-known in the tech world. As VP of Performance Marketing and Go-To-Market at Yellow Pages Group (YPG), he assembled a team that built
's leading SEM & SEO provider, launched Websites Solutions and introduced an online analytics platform. Tracy also played an important role in initiating YPG's investment in Acquisio and served on its board of directors in 2010-2011.
