Italy. Medolla was one of the towns most affected by the earthquake that struck the
Emilia Romagna region of
Italy in the
The ribbon cutting ceremony for this new earthquake-resistant building took place on
Saturday, March 23, 2013.The school is equipped with the latest energy saving technology devices.

, JinkoSolar and Tonello partnered to deliver and install the PV system for the new school. Any surplus energy produced by the installation will also be used by the surrounding communities for the next minimum 20 years. The project is expected to reduce CO2 emissions by up to 210 tons per year.
