NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- With multiple takers now battling it out over Dell (DELL), Jim Cramer told Debra Borchardt at TheStreet.com Monday that he's frankly mystified by where the stock is trading and where it might go.
Cramer said he advised selling shares of Dell at $14.12, lower than it is currently. He said he didn't foresee the company being able to attract multiple bidders, but now feels that if these buyers see additional value in the company there's likely something there.
But, Cramer said, ultimately, he can't recommend a stock where he can't make sense of the fundamentals, and any analysis of what Dell might be worth includes far too many "ifs" for his liking. To sign up for Jim Cramer's free Booyah! newsletter, with all of his latest articles and videos, please click here. -- Written by Scott Rutt in Washington.
