GE Capital, Corporate Finance today announced it is syndication agent on a $225 million senior secured credit facility to Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE: FSS). The funds refinance debt and will be used to support ongoing working capital needs. GE Capital Markets served as joint lead arranger and joint book manager.
Founded in 1901 and headquartered in Oak Brook, IL, Federal Signal Corporation has manufacturing facilities worldwide producing a wide array of products from safety and security lights and siren systems to street sweepers. The company serves municipal, government, industrial and commercial customers.
