Motorola Solutions, Inc.
(NYSE: MSI) announced today that it has been named to
2013 Partner Program Guide, and awarded the 5-Star Partner rating for its PartnerEmpower

The guide recognizes those vendors that have channel programs and derive a portion of their sales through the indirect IT Channel. The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes an elite subset of Partner Program Guide vendors that give solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
The list methodology is based on objective criteria that takes into account each vendor’s investments in program offerings; partner profitability and training; education and support; marketing programs and resources; sales support and communication. Vendors are assessed using information provided in their completed applications.
Motorola’s PartnerEmpower program rewards channel partners for their investment in developing the highly specialized skill sets needed to sell, design, implement and deploy innovative mobility and communications solutions. Through this global program, Motorola recognizes partners for their expertise in specific technologies, markets or application development, helps them establish critical market differentiation, and provides an array of resources designed to help them build greater sales momentum.

. “The 5-star award is reserved for vendors that understand that a successful partnership does not rely solely on the technology. By offering their partners tools, education and regular updates, vendors on this list go above and beyond traditional support to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.”
“We’re honored to once again receive the 5-star rating, especially since PartnerEmpower is a relatively new program,” said Juliann Larimer, vice president of global channels and sales operations for Motorola Solutions. “PartnerEmpower has enabled us to strengthen our channel and serve customer needs through comprehensive solutions, while positioning our channel partners to take advantage of today’s best opportunities for growth. We’ll continue to evolve the program to meet the needs of the channel and the market alike.”
