The Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ Global Select ®; symbol: WASH), today declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2013. This represents a one cent increase over the dividend paid last quarter and is the Corporation’s third dividend increase in the past year.
