. The carrier invited comments from gastronomic experts and passengers who attended the tasting where dozens of Chinese and Western dishes were presented. The exercise was to make sure that Air China caters to every palate in its First and Business Class on routes from
. The dishes will get to the menus onboard in different seasons.
At the tasting, the lead chef briefed visitors on the unique features of each new culinary creation, and gastronomic experts gave their suggestions on how the dishes can be matched for the best nutritional value. After evaluating, many newly created appetizers, hors d'oeuvres and hot dishes were selected and will be on passengers' tray tables during different seasons.
