NEW YORK, March 20, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Deer Consumer Products, Inc. Deer Consumer Products, Inc.'s stock was suspended on January 11, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Ampal-American Israel Corporation. Ampal-American Israel Corporation's stock was suspended on January 22, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the warrant of Pingtan Marine Enterprise Ltd. Pingtan Marine Enterprise Ltd.'s warrant was suspended on March 12, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of Powerwave Technologies, Inc. Powerwave Technologies, Inc.'s stock was suspended on January 30, 2013 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time. NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
