PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) has entered into a license agreement with Five Star Blue, LLC to market and distribute men’s denim under the
IZOD brand. The initial term of the agreement runs through 2018.
Under the agreement, Five Star Blue will produce and distribute men’s denim pants and shorts in regular and big & tall sizes. The products will be sold at major department and specialty stores throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

IZOD licensees, and believe it is the best company to help us establish the
IZOD brand in this product classification.”
