Sous Vide Water Baths with NSF Certification for commercial cooking, hot food holding and rethermalization. The new line of sous vide baths feature the same stainless steel all-in-one construction for easy cleaning and superior temperature holding of previous versions, plus a drain for easy water removal. Digital controls allow temperatures to set and hold within one tenth of a degree.
Sous Vide Water Baths are available in a three different sizes: 3.4 gallon, 7.6 gallon and 14 gallon capacity. The larger sizes feature a magnetic stir bar to gently circulate the water, ensuring even cooking.
