LPL Financial Nominates Anne Mulcahy, Former CEO And Chairman Of Xerox, To Board Of Directors





BOSTON, March 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- LPL Financial – the nation's largest independent broker-dealer*, a leading RIA custodian, institutional service provider and a wholly owned subsidiary of LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: LPLA) – today announced that Anne Mulcahy, former chairman and CEO of Xerox Corporation, will join the Company's Board of Directors, pending stockholder approval at the Company's annual meeting in May. Mulcahy will also serve on the Board's Audit Committee.
