Evotec Releases Corporate Update

HAMBURG, Germany, March 18, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Evotec AG (Frankfurt:EVT) (TecDAX) today announced that Dr Werner Lanthaler, Chief Executive Officer of Evotec, will resume his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect after a period of leave due to health reasons.

Dr Flemming Ornskov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Evotec AG, commented: "The board is delighted to welcome back Dr Lanthaler to resume his leadership of Evotec and to continue to drive the growth of the Company through Action Plan 2016.
