NEW YORK, March 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Reservoir Labs today announced the latest release of R-Check ^® SCA, now available for both Windows® and Linux®, addressing the growing demand by software defined radio (SDR) developers for SCA compliance testing solutions.  As part of today's announcement, Reservoir also confirmed that Spectrum Signal Processing by Vecima, an industry-leading developer of high-performance, software-reconfigurable signal processing platforms, will offer R-Check SCA to their customers worldwide.
