NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Sanofi (NYSE:SNY) hit a new 52-week high Friday as it is currently trading at $49.80, above its previous 52-week high of $49.70 with 631,220 shares traded as of 10:40 a.m. ET. Average volume has been 1.9 million shares over the past 30 days.
