RLJ Lodging Trust (the “Company”) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.205 per common share of beneficial interest. The dividend is payable on April 15, 2013, to shareholders of record as of March 28, 2013.
Based on the Company’s common stock closing price of $22.11 on March 14, 2013, the annualized dividend represents a 3.7% yield.
