Ameresco, Inc. (NYSE:AMRC), a leading energy efficiency and renewable energy company, today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results before the market opens on Monday, March 18, 2013. Once announced, the earnings press release will be available on the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website at
www.ameresco.com. The Company will host its previously postponed earnings conference call at 8:30 a.m. ET the same day.
On the call, President and Chief Executive Officer George Sakellaris and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Andrew Spence will discuss Ameresco’s financial results, including resolution of its previously reported non-operating, non-cash change in hedge accounting treatment, as well as business outlook and strategy.
In conjunction with its quarterly earnings conference call and press release, the Company will provide management's prepared remarks concerning quarterly results.
